ID Insurance

  • Policy number must be provided
  • A detailed account of the chain of events
  • Police report
  • In case of identity theft, any documentation that can confirm the identity theft

SMB Protect

  • Policy number must be provided
  • Sick leave or sick-pay certificate confirming the absence period
  • Statement showing fixed costs. Documentation must be enclosed (e.g. accounting reports, bank statements or invoices)

Deductible insurance

  • Policy Number 
  • Confirmation of claim payment from holiday home or home insurance

Illness or accident

  • Policy number
  • A detailed description of the illness/injury case
  • Original receipts/documentation of expenses being claimed
  • For compensation for interrupted holiday, written documentation from the attending doctor is required
  • Copy of travel ticket in case of accident/illness that occurred during travel
