In the case of robbery insurance for ATM withdrawals, original receipts/bank statements confirming the withdrawal of cash must be enclosed, as well as confirmation from any witnesses to the robbery
In case of bag insurance, please enclose the original receipt, as well as the date of purchase of the bag, as well as its contents
In the event of theft of credit cards and/or misuse of SIM cards, confirmation from the bank/credit card company/telephone company must be enclosed showing blocking of cards and misused cards
In case of hospitalisation as a result of accident, please provide a more detailed description of the illness/injury
